VERY POOR QUALITY OF FLATS
SMR VINAY CITY flats are an example of how a builder plays with hard earned money of people.

Quality of plaster, painting inside flats looks as if unskilled labour was deployed.Flooring makes noise on walking as the mud below was not at all rammed before laying of marbles.Each marble is totally different from its adjacent one, and most of them are broken!! SEEPAGE in flats is growing as flats are being occupied.

And to top it all management is only interested in taking money and gives a deaf ear to complaints.Although a so called maintainance department is set up, mainly to note complaints but makes sure that rectifications don't take place!

SOLUTION TO SUCH PROBLEMS SHOULD BE MAKING OF SOME KIND OF EXTERNAL TEAM OF SKILLED PROFESSIONALS FROM WHOM BUILDERS HAVE TO TAKE OCCUPANCY CLEARANCE before directly taking it from owner WHO COMES TO KNOW OF ALL PROBLEMS ONLY ON OCCUPYING and has no option but to break his head from one office of buider to the other.
